Hi, I'm George — founder, editor, and co-owner of Snoring Devices UK. I started this site after being diagnosed with mild obstructive sleep apnea in 2017. Like many people, I had no idea my snoring was more than just a nuisance — it was affecting my health, my energy levels, and my relationship.

After spending months researching anti-snoring devices, reading clinical papers, and testing products myself, I realised there was no trustworthy, UK-focused resource that cut through the marketing noise. So I built one.

Since 2018, I've personally tested more than 100 mouthpieces, chin straps, nasal strips, sprays, pillows, and apps — and written every guide on this site. I'm not a doctor, but I read the literature, talk to clinicians, and only recommend what I'd use myself.
